Returns and Refunds Policy
Please select your items carefully before completing your online purchase, as Ford Ranger Gear does not offer refunds for change of mind.
Conditions for Returns and Refunds
We will accept a product for a refund, replacement, or credit only if:
● The product is assessed and found to have a major fault.
● The product was incorrectly described.
● The product differs from the sample provided.
● The product does not meet its intended purpose.
Return Requirements
● All return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
● Products must be returned in brand new condition, including all original packaging and accessories.
● Authorised returns must be received within 30 days of approval, or the return may be rejected.
● Please allow up to 5 business days for refunds to be processed.
Fees
● A 5% order cancellation fee may apply for change of mind cancellations to cover transaction and administration costs.
● Once an order has shipped, Ford Ranger Gear may, at its discretion, offer a refund. Discretionary refunds may incur up to a 20% restocking fee, and all return postage costs must be paid by the customer.
Warranty
All warranty claims must be submitted through the Support Contact Form on our website (www.fordrangergear.com). To make a claim, you must provide:
● Details of the defect or damage related to the warranty claim.
● Photographic evidence of the defect or damage, where applicable.
● Your invoice (including order number) and any other proof of purchase.
● Any additional details required to process your claim.
Warranty Conditions
● For goods damaged or defective upon delivery, photographic evidence of the damage must be provided before a repair, replacement, or refund is issued.
● Ford Ranger Gear reserves the right to designate the appropriate repair center for each case.
● You must follow all return instructions provided via your registered email address.
● Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
● If returned goods are found to be in good working order, Ford Ranger Gear may seek reimbursement for costs incurred. Goods may be held until payment is received.
Exclusions
Except as required by law (including the Australian Consumer Law), this warranty does not apply to:
● Goods not installed, maintained, operated, or used per manufacturer instructions or specifications.
● Damage or defects caused by deliberate or negligent misuse, abuse, physical alteration, fire, liquid spillage, incorrect voltage, power surges or dips, thunderstorm activity, force majeure, voltage supply issues, tampering, unauthorized repairs, defective or incompatible accessories, computer viruses, corrosive conditions, or damage by insects, pests, or foreign bodies.
● Damage caused by third-party software or hardware not provided by Ford Ranger Gear.
● Lost or stolen items.
● Battery repairs, where batteries were not used per specifications or have expired through normal use.
Liability
Except as required by law (including the Australian Consumer Law), our liability under this warranty is limited to the purchase price of the goods or replacement with a similar product.
Ford Ranger Gear is not liable for any loss or damage to software or data stored on faulty or failing storage media, however arising, except as required by law. You are responsible for maintaining backups of all software and data. If media (e.g., a hard drive) is returned for any reason, including repair or replacement, we are not responsible for any software or data stored on it. We make no representation that repairs or replacements will preserve software or data.
Return Process
If you are eligible to make a warranty claim, our staff will provide instructions for returning goods at our expense (either by reimbursing standard postage or arranging a courier for larger items). Unless otherwise required by law, you will bear any additional costs associated with making a warranty claim.
