Shipping Methods and Costs

We offer a range of shipping methods, including standard and express options. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. You will see the available shipping methods and their respective costs before finalizing your purchase.

       Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 7-14 business days, depending on your location, due to international sourcing.

       Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3-7 business days, depending on your location, subject to international shipping timelines.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors such as customs clearance, location, weather, or carrier delays. Remote or rural areas may require additional delivery time. As our products are imported, delays in international shipping or customs processing may also affect delivery timelines.

Import Duties and Taxes

As Ford Ranger Gear imports products from other countries, customers may be responsible for paying import duties, taxes, or customs fees, if applicable. These charges are determined by the destination country’s customs authorities and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. Customers will be responsible for settling any such fees directly with the carrier or customs agency at the time of delivery. We recommend checking with your local customs office for details on potential charges before placing an order.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days of purchase, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (where available). Orders placed after 2:00 PM AEST or on non-business days will be processed the next business day. Note that international sourcing may occasionally extend processing times due to supplier coordination.

Tracking Your Order

Where applicable, a tracking number will be provided via email once your order has shipped. You can use this number to monitor your package’s progress through the carrier’s website. If you do not receive tracking information or have issues accessing it, please contact our Customer Service team. For international shipments, tracking may be limited during customs processing.

Delivery Instructions

At checkout, you may provide specific delivery instructions (e.g., “Leave at front door”). Ford Ranger Gear and our delivery partners will make reasonable efforts to follow these instructions, but compliance is not guaranteed due to carrier policies, customs requirements, or safety concerns.

Authority to Leave

You may select “Authority to Leave” at checkout, allowing the carrier to leave your package at your address without a signature. By choosing this option, you acknowledge that the package is deemed delivered once left at the specified location. Ford Ranger Gear and our delivery partners are not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to packages left under Authority to Leave.

If you do not select Authority to Leave, a signature may be required upon delivery, and you or an authorized recipient must be present.

Shipping Delays

Due to the international nature of our supply chain, delays may occur during customs clearance, international transit, or due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, carrier issues, or public holidays. Ford Ranger Gear is not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control. We will notify you if we become aware of significant delays affecting your order.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact our Customer Service team within 7 days of the expected delivery date. You may be required to provide photographic evidence of the damage. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and may offer a replacement, refund, or store credit, subject to our Returns and Refunds Policy.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable (e.g., due to an incorrect address, failure to pay import duties, or failure to collect from a carrier facility), we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping fees or import duties may apply for redelivery. If we cannot contact you or you do not arrange redelivery within 14 days, we may cancel the order and issue a refund, less any applicable restocking, shipping, or customs fees.
