Authority to Leave

By selecting “Yes” for Authority to Leave at checkout or via our Customer Service Center, you authorize Ford Ranger Gear to leave your parcel at your unattended premises per your instructions. The parcel is deemed received when left.

Ford Ranger Gear and its delivery contractors are not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from this delivery method. You release Ford Ranger Gear from all claims, demands, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses arising from Authority to Leave.

If you do not provide Authority to Leave, you must be present at your premises for delivery.

Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights (including copyrights, patents, trademarks, trade names, and designs, whether registered or unregistered) in the website, its content, databases, design, text, graphics, software, photos, videos, music, sounds, and their arrangement are owned by or licensed to Ford Ranger Gear. You shall not claim any title to these rights.

You may not reproduce, redistribute, copy, distribute, publish, download, display, post, transmit, sell, rent, sub-license, or exploit any website content without our prior written permission. Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver. Neither party conduct nor trade practice modifies these Terms.

Mobile Terms of Service

By consenting to Ford Ranger Gear’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from us via your wireless provider to the mobile number provided, even if registered on a Do Not Call list. Messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts). Messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system.

Participation is voluntary and not required for purchases. We do not charge for the service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details.

To opt out, text STOP to Ford Ranger Gear or click the unsubscribe link in any message. You will receive a one-time opt-out confirmation, and no further messages will be sent unless you initiate them. For other mobile programs, follow their respective opt-out instructions.
